Lynne Courtney Tupper

Lynne is a graduate of Rice University, and hold a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Texas School of Public Health. Lynne also holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University. Along with her work at HARC, Lynne serves as Clinical Director of the Occupational Therapy Center in Houston.

Lynne is certified in the administration and interpretation of Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests and is a board certified pediatric occupational therapist.

Karen Jaggers

Karen has a B.S. in Human Services and brings her many years of experience to HARC as a behavior therapist, development director, and disability advocate.  Karen was instrumental in the formation of a number of Houston area non-profits and is an active participant in community and disability affairs throughout Texas.

Pete Hogue

 Chairman
Pete has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and a Master of Computer Science degree from Purdue University. Pete served in Viet Nam as a United States Army Captain before going to work in the Information Technology Division of Shell Oil. Pete now servers as a member of the Board of Directors for Volunteer Interfaith Caregivers (VIC), is a member of the local Water Board and the Civic Association.

Gene VonTungeln

 Treasurer
Gene has degrees from Oklahoma University in Geological Engineering and Petroleum Engineering. He worked for Shell Oil and as a consultant before retiring. He served in Korea with the Corps of Engineers. Gene has many duties at Gethsemane UMC, including Treasurer.

Barbara Fogt

 Secretary
Barbara has a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Houston, and taught in Texas and Florida for 22 years. As a volunteer, Barbara has been an active member of the Parent Teacher Organization, Harris Country Heritage Society, and the Jr. and Sr. Girl Scouts.

Sue Muenks

 Sue has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tulsa and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University's. She is currently employed by The Care Group at the Reach Clinic as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and as their Education Coordinator.
